Delete your Frautect account

You can delete your Frautect account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

Email support@frautect.com from the email address you use to sign in to Frautect, with the subject "Delete my account".

We confirm that we have received your request within 3 business days. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before deleting it.

You are signed out on all your devices straight away and can no longer use the account.
Within 15 days, we permanently delete:
your name, email address, and other profile details;
your app check history and results;
your search history;
your device records and sign-in sessions;
your remaining scan tokens.
Scam reports you submitted: we remove your name and account from them. The reported web address or app, and the report details, may be kept to keep protecting other users. If you also want the screenshots you uploaded deleted, say so in your email.
Analytics and crash-report data held by Google Firebase are deleted automatically after their retention periods (up to 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports).
We may keep a small amount of data for longer if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or abuse — for example, a record that the account existed and was deleted.

Data stored on your phone is removed when you uninstall Frautect, or when you go to Android Settings → Apps → Frautect → Storage → Clear data.
